105-minute practice aimed specifically towards maximizing the range, depth, and duration in the spinal extension genre of yoga poses
More commonly known as "backbending" or "heart-opening," spinal extension poses when done with regularity, correct form, and given a proper sequence to help open and close the body energetically, promote health and flexibility in the spine and help build resilience in the nervous system.
Please arrive on time and refrain from eating or drinking before the practice. You may bring your own mat or borrow the equipment at the studio.
