Looking for Handyman Individual or Company for Repair and Maintenance of Mobile/Manufactured Home Rentals in Henderson Area
Must have a truck for some pick up and delivery, and all tools and equipment needed to perform the following:
1. Minor Plumbing - plumbing fixtures, sinks, toilets, garbage disposals, minor leaks, etc.
2. Painting - interiors and exteriors, trim, sheds, etc.
3. Finish Work - cut and install baseboards, door casings, trim, hang doors, etc.
4. Drywall - patch, hang, and texture drywall.
5. Electrical - outlets, light fixtures, ceiling fans, switch plates, etc.
6. Install Laminate flooring and Exterior Deck and Step carpet installation.
7. General Misc- repair cabinets, drawers, appliances, lock set installation, windows and screens, fencing, trash removal, etc
8. Basic knowledge of home systems – heating and cooling.
The above list includes the majority of the type of work we encounter - the more qualified the better.
