This class is beginner-friendly, but all levels are welcome.
Join us for this 6 week series of Tai Chi! These classed will cover the 2nd third of the Chen Man-ching Tai Chi Form and students receive practice videos during the course.
Private lessons are available. Class will be recorded for the student to practice with.
Tai Chi is great for balance, strengthening the legs, improving respiration, and calming anxiety.
