I love explaining things to Democrats who think they're so intelligent. The reason why is because we still live in America. America has a Constitution and a Bill of Rights, you might want to refresh yourself on that. The 5th Amendment states "No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation." Did you read that? Read it again... Let it sink in. In other words, You and I have a right not to say a damn thing. It's called a RIGHT!!! Unlike abortion which isn't a right. Unlike free healthcare, which isn't a right. Unlike free college, which isn't a right. Unlike welfare programs, which aren't rights. Maybe you should learn some basic civics rather than ask a question which is easily found on a google search.
