Press release from Hicksville Public Schools: December 22, 2021 On Thursday, December 23rd, The Hicksville High School Chamber Singers caroled throughout the district. Chamber Singers visited the district office during period 3 to sing Joy to the World, Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, Jingle Bells, and Hanukkah, Oh Hanukkah to name a few songs. The students thanked the district leadership for their support and expressed gratitude for allowing them to be a part of the Chamber Choir before finally wishing everyone a Happy Holiday season. The Hicksville High School Chamber Singers were led by Hicksville High School Teacher, Michelle Shmuel, and Rachel Shapiro as the current leave replacement. The Chamber Singers include Josef Aronov, Sean Beatty, Kimberly Caceres, Joseph Casas, Alex Clark, Allison George, Anna Jacob, Amelia Mastalerz, Arvin Mehra, Alina Nodrat, Khristian Romano, Emelly Turcios, and Wadis Turcios. Hicksville High School Chamber Singers at the Hicksville Administrative Offices spreading some holiday cheer. In an abundance of caution, I have asked teachers and students to ensure they have their electronic device and chargers at home over the break.
