STAMFORD, CT — A Silver Alert has been issued for Jenifer Urquia, 11, who was reported missing from Stamford on Tuesday, Dec. 28. Urquia is described by police as a white female with black hair and brown eyes. She is 5 feet, 5 inches tall and weighs 148 pounds. She was last seen wearing a blue and gray shirt and might be traveling by train, according to police. A photo wasn't provided.
