Concord Broadband identified a problem with the Town's primary internet connection. The primary internet service provider determined the latency problem is a higher-level issue on the trunk that serves the main circuit. Emergency outage is scheduled at midnight tonight to repair our primary circuit and upgrade the network switch optics.
