Looking to go into partnership with a mover foreman

In 2022, I'm looking to start a moving business. I am very skilled and experienced at online marketing, setting up processes, finding and setting up the right software, and growing and scaling a business. I also have some capital to invest. I am willing to handle all this side of the business. I used to work at a moving service and software provider. So I am familiar with the industry. In return, I'm looking to partner with a mover foreman who has experience and the drive to want to become a business owner. This means three things - 1) you're hard working 2) you have people + leadership skills and can manage and train crew by example and 3) you have high integrity (people trust you for being honest) - you don't cheat, you don't lie to customers, and you are trustworthy in your dealings I am willing to 50/50 partnership with the right person.
