Work at your neighborhood Farmers Market in 2022! The farm-to-table movement has expanded and transformed neighborhood farmers markets into gathering places for inspired chefs, hospitality professionals, families and friends to buy fresh ingredients and foods sourced directly from local farmers. We are the Pacheco Family, our family farm is located in Sonoma County California. For four generations our family has raised cows, goats and chickens and produces products directly from our ranch to sell directly to the community at farmers markets throughout the Bay Area. We are seeking individuals who are interested in learning the skills to successfully work as a vendor selling our products at local Farmers Markets. Our award winning cheeses are sought after nationwide, featured on menu's of five star restaurants and paired with many gold medal wines throughout Sonoma and Napa vineyards. You can feel confident that you are selling delicious, high quality, products that are healthy for humans, animals and the environment. This is an excellent opportunity for weekend warriors, individuals who enjoy being outdoors, thrive in organization and customer service with the drive to work independently and a flair for creativity. Our easy online training videos introduce you to our products, guide you through sale transactions and offer tips to help grow your market. We aim to set our vendors up to work the same market weekly so that it becomes “your market” in a way that you are able to get to know your customers (80% weekly repeat customers.) This is a part-time role with shifts each Saturday and/or Sunday, with possible weekday markets when available. We have several markets opening up throughout the Bay Area starting January 2022.
