Outwest Property Doctor LLC is seeking an energetic professional located in the Kalispell area that is either experienced in building diagnostics or an individual interested in learning a new trade. No experience is required for this position, all training will be provided by Outwest Property Doctor LLC. Training will be extensive and continuous while starting out, including classroom type settings, in home and in field. This is a part-time profit-sharing position that would make a great supplemental income with a payout based on the work available in your service area and room for future advancement in the company. We would be expecting one full day a week in the beginning, adding more as business grows. This position will also allow you plenty of time to pursue other interests. Outwest Property Doctor performs third party building performance analysis and code compliance testing; verifying a homes energy efficiency, comfort, and performance. Qualified applicants must have: - A driver’s license - A reliable vehicle capable of carrying equipment such as a ladder with enough room inside the vehicle for testing equipment. Your personal vehicle will be used to get you to each job. - A smart phone with access to the internet. - A home computer or tablet. - Must be physically able to carry 50lbs a short distance. - Must be able to climb up and down a ladder and maneuver around confined spaces such as a crawl space.
