Full Job Description Wise Builders Remodels is a Premier Design Build company located in San Jose, Ca. We have over 20+ years of experience in the construction field specializing in full remodels such as Kitchens, Bathrooms, Full Home Renovations and New Construction Projects. We are currently seeking a Runner to join our team! As a Construction Field Runner, you will deliver construction materials to our job sites. Must be able to communicate and stay updated with all communication within the company and project managers. You will be provided with a company vehicle for work assignments only. Successful applicants must be hard working, be dependable, hold a valid driver's license with a good driving record, Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment. Qualifications Have a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years Ability to lift heavy objects up to 40lbs Strong work ethic Strong customer service and communication skills Opportunities to grow within the company! Duties: Drive between sites to pick up and drop off materials, as needed Interface with contractors and project managers or other business professionals to obtain support and resources Handle multiple projects simultaneously Communicate regularly with vendors, staff, subcontractors, suppliers Handle a wide variety of obligations during any given day, time management is a requirement Schedule: 8 hour shift Full Time (Available Monday thru Friday) No OT 8:30 am - 4:30 pm Experience: Construction: 1 year (Preferred not required) Please call our office to schedule an in person interview or send resume to [email protected]
