We are currently seeking a Garage Door Technician & Installer to become an integral part of our team as we grow! Turbo Garage Door is a local family owned and operated company that services Santa Rosa. We have a very low turnover rate and we are most interested in candidates who are looking for a career and not a job. Preference will be given to applicants with some experience, but we are also willing to train the right candidate. Job Responsibilities: • Diagnose and repair garage doors, openers, remotes, keypads, etc. • Perform routine garage door maintenance. • Provide estimates and consultations for new garage doors or garage door repairs. • Install new garage doors and openers. • Provide a pleasant and professional experience to each of our customers. Qualifications: • Previous experience as a garage door installer or technician is preferred, however we are will to train the right candidate. Similar trades such as electricians, auto mechanics, carpenters or other tradesmen are welcome to apply as well! • Clean appearance, background check and driving history is a must. • Deadline and detail-oriented. • An aptitude for sales and customer service. The quality of our service comes first and foremost for our customers. • The ability to lift 50-90lbs occasionally. • Must be OK with working off of ladders or lifts.
