GREENWICH, CT — A Greenwich man was arrested and charged with second-degree assault and disorderly conduct last weekend, stemming from an incident on Christmas Day, according to police. Darmar Terique Delisser, 31, was unable to post a $5,000 bond. According to an arrest report, Greenwich police officers responded to a home in the Chickahominy section of Greenwich on a complaint of an assault around 5:40 p.m. on Christmas. Police said in an arrest report that during an argument, Delisser "hit the victim in the face and abdomen with a wooden piece of a table and smashed a television that the victim was hiding behind." According to the Connecticut Judicial Branch website, Delisser is scheduled to appear in court Feb. 4, 2022.
