I "mandated" vaccinations for my employees.

When the vaccine first became available, I told my staff to get vaccinated within 30 days or stay home. All 5 of them got vaccinated. I gave the 4 of them who did not whine about it bonuses. I also required my staff to get booster shots. As the boss, I have the responsibility to keep my staff and my customers safe. I will never force any employee to get the vaccine, but each of my employees has the choice. Get the vaccine or stay at home until the pandemic is over. I do not have the time or the energy to pussy foot around with all of the vaccine whining nonsense.
