DANBURY, CT — Police are investigating a shooting that occurred in the yard of a Danbury home. Officers responded to a report of shots being fired at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday in the area of 67 Rowan Street. First responders found a man in his twenties suffering from gunshot wounds on the ground in a nearby yard, according to Capt. Bryan Bishop. The man was driven to Danbury Hospital for treatment. He remains in critical condition, and the investigation is ongoing. Police are urging anyone with more information to contact Det.
