BEL AIR, MD — A boy who disappeared in Bel Air has been located, police reported Wednesday night. Benjamin "Will" Shum Jr. was last seen in the area of the Hickory Hills condominiums, police said before 8:30 p.m. He was wearing glasses with red tape on them, a black hooded sweatshirt and black jeans, officials said. By 11:30 p.m., officials said he had been found.
