Description
Press release from City of Fort Worth:
December 28, 2021
Youth memberships for Fort Worth community centers will be free to Fort Worth residents starting Jan. 1.
A membership is needed to participate in community center programs, youth sports, open gym and for use of the computer labs. This membership does not include access to the fitness centers.
The City Council agreed to implement a new policy that eliminates the $25 youth membership fee for Fort Worth residents. Beginning in 2022, there is no fee for youth, no card replacement fee and no fee for day use of the centers. The youth membership fee for non-Fort Worth residents is $45 per year; a day pass is $6.
The youth membership card program is offered by the Park & Recreation and Neighborhood Services departments.
Check out all 21 of the community center locations.
