Have you heard of Masterminding? Mastermind groups are a way of sharing ideas and getting support from accountability partners who understand you, your goals and dreams, and your challenges.
Some groups are topical--i.e. a gathering of solopreneurs brainstorming with and for each other's business success or a team dedicated to the same objective and exploring their diverse experience and approaches. They can also be more diverse. One group we facilitate has a common philosophy toward life's challenges, but each person has a different type of career, living situation, and very eclectic primary goals. Typically, groups meet twice a month by Zoom.
I am a certified Self Management Coach, Dreambuilder Coach and Franklin Covey Coach with 20 years of experience in business and personal coaching. My coaching partner, Marie Huffer brings what I think of as practical spirituality to our mastermind programs. We also offer individual coaching at reduced rates for those in our Mastermind Programs.
