Help with a cat

My friend has been getting visited by a young female black cat (no collar) for over a week now mostly in the evenings. She is now feeding her, outside, since the cat is clearly hungry. My friend cannot keep the cat and PAWS in Tinley Park is full. The cat has been sleeping in her garage on a heated pad the last two nights. Does anyone know of a rescue that could help get the cat to a safe foster?? The cat seems friendly. We are worried if we trap to try to have her scanned we won’t be able to retrap to transport to a rescue or shelter.
