Finding a forever home for sweet bunny

Description
This sweet bunny has been wandering around my yard since I moved in. There was a hawk that was circling my yard and I found a bunny skeleton and some dead birds the day I moved in, so I bit the bullet and got a cage and caught him - I don't know the gender so I'm going with him for now. I'm doing my best to keep him cozy and well-fed, but I'm allergic to both rabbits and hay, so this is a huge challenge. It is hard for me to feed him or clean his cage without breaking into hives or an hour later wheezing. Apparently he belonged to the previous owner of the house, who has since passed away. I found old photos that were left at my house and have spoken to neighbors who have confirmed this. I have tried contacting many shelters but they will not take him since they are full, or do not accept animals from my area. I have posted multiple times to my Facebook and unfortunately none of my friends are looking for a pet right now. I'd be willing to provide the following, which I already have: - cage and small carrier for transport - any food of his that may be left - food/water bowls - hay holder - small litter box - toys - some towels and other bedding - if you're interested I also have some wire cube shelving from a home goods store, which is great for sectioning off an area if you choose to free roam or want to allow him more space. Please someone help me find him a good home. He's very cute and docile. He's a little scared since he hasn't been handled much but he is NOT at all aggressive. He likes the occasional banana slice or baby carrot as a snack. He likes to pile toys neatly. I am asking for a small rehoming fee of $30.00. I am scared to drive in the snow until it clears up a little more, but I'd be happy to discuss options for where to meet if anyone is interested. Or, we could always wait a couple weeks and then meet once things are more clear. Also, I am sure someone will ask about this: Yes I am sure this is a domestic rabbit and not a wild bunny. I was a vet technician previously, so I'm fairly familiar with rabbits. Domestic rabbits do not fare well outside and are also considered invasive. Without catching him he would likely have ended up dead like the other small critters.
