Press release from Kendall County Sheriff's Office: 12/29/2021 4:00 AM 12/28/2021 2021-3689, Battery: On 12/28/21 at 10:01 a.m., deputies responded to the Kendall County Jail for a report of a battery involving inmates. The investigation is ongoing. 2021-3689, Battery: 2021-3690, Domestic Battery: On 12/28/21 at 10:22 a.m., deputies responded to the 5400 block of Route 71 for a report of domestic battery. After investigation, Michale J. Dady, a 31-year-old male from the 5400 block of Route 71, was arrested for domestic battery. Dady was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing. 2021-3696, In-State Warrant: on 12/28/21 at 3:20 p.m., deputies made contact with Angel Welter, an 18-year-old female 100 block of Augusta Road in Oswego Township, at her residence. Welter was taken into custody for a Livingston County failure to appear warrant for aggravated assault with a bond of $5,000 10 percent to apply. Welter was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing. 2021-3697, Unlawful Consumption of alcohol by a Minor: On 12/28/21 at 8:31 p.m., deputies investigated a Mental Health Crisis case at the 0-100 Block of W. Andy Court in Na Au Say Township. A juvenile male was referred to Juvenile Probations for Underage Consumption of Alcohol. 2021-3698, Criminal Trespass to Residence: On 12/28/21 at 9:00p.m., deputies responded to the 13000 block of Route 47 is Lisbon Township, for a report of a criminal trespass to residence. The investigation is on-going. 2021-3700, Domestic Battery: On 12/29/21 at 12:55 a.m., deputies responded to the 0-99 block of North Bereman Road in Oswego Township for a report of a domestic battery.
