Small garage / Storage space needed

Description

I have a queen size bed and a L-shaped couch that I need to store for about 18 months.  Public storage places are outrageously expensive but can someone work with me for a reasonable cost in exchange for a corner of their garage that will provide protection from the elements?   Thanks in advance!
