BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court. Luke John Martel, 51, of Kathleen Drive in Exeter on felony second-degree assault and domestic violence charges. He was accused of strangling a man on Aug. 26 in Exeter. Renardo Anthony McKenzie, 28, of North Avenue in Haverhill, Massachusetts, on a felony criminal threatening-deadly weapon charge. He was accused of opening a car door and threatening to kill a person inside with a knife on Aug. 2 in Plaistow. Robert Richard McMinn, 52, of Parkview Street in Manchester on five felony theft by unauthorized taking charges as well as three criminal mischief charges. He was accused of stealing items from vehicles in Londonderry on Oct. 8, 2019, after previously being convicted on theft charges twice before. Kaitlin M. Melvin, 24, of Beverly Street in North Andover, Massachusetts, on possession of alprazolam and possession of fentanyl charges, both felonies, in Salem on July 8, 2019. Daniel A. Mercado Rivas, 33, of Lafayette Road in Hampton on 15 felony possession of child sexual abuse images charges on May 5 in Hampton. John D. Miller, 59, of Braemoor Woods Road in Salem on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on July 16 in Salem. Joshua Morley, 21, of Amesbury Road in Haverhill, MA, on a felony receiving stolen property charge — a Chevrolet Impala from Commonwealth Chevrolet on April 20 in Sandown. Connor E. O'Neil, 28, of Artisan Drive in Salem on a second-degree assault-domestic violence charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on June 5 in Salem. Vincente Perez, 60, of Pine Street in Northwood on a felony driving while a habitual offender while on North Road in Deerfield on Nov. 13, 2020. Myrom Eliam Rodriguez Nunez, 25, of Sweet Hill Road in Plaistow on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of putting others in danger while driving a Mercedes recklessly in Salem on July 22. Ivette Rosario, 44, of Prospect Street in Lawrence, MA, on three felony accomplice to sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl charges on April 8, April 19, and May 6. She was accused of working with Rafael Baez and Juan Veras-Marcano to sell the drugs to undercover Salem police officers, according to the indictment. Cameron Roy, 19, of Fairway Drive in Derry on one identity fraud charge, three counts of distribution of child sexual abuse images, and two counts of non-consensual dissemination of private sexual images, all felonies. He was accused of sending sexually explicit photos to others while posing as one of the people in the photo on Feb. 2, 2020, in Derry.
