NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South. Jessica King, 36, of Abbott Farm Lane in Hudson on falsifying physical evidence and three controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine, fentanyl, and oxycodone charges, all felonies. She was accused of possessing a baggie of drugs in her vagina and then emptying the baggie on a floor on Sept. 30 in Nashua. Julie Lambert, 27, of Wentworth Drive in Bedford on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-trazodone charge on June 2, 2019, in Hudson. Joshua Lavoie, 39, of Sanders Road in Hudson on a felony stalking charge. Between Aug. 31 and Sept. 2 in Hudson, he was accused of violating a protective order after previously being convicted on a stalking charge in July. James Lebel, pictured left, 49, with a last known address of Heritage Village Drive in Nashua on three felony counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault. He was accused of fondling and sexually assaulting a child on Sept. 4 in Nashua. Roger Levesque, 38, of Lock Street in Nashua on falsifying physical evidence and two controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth and tramadol charges. He was accused of possessing the drugs and placing baggies of the drugs in his mouth to impair an investigation on Aug. 3 in Nashua. Michael Lupacchino, pictured right, 39, of Louisburg Square in Nashua on two aggravated felonious sexual assault and two attempted aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of raping a woman and attempting to rape her on June 13 in Nashua. German Zamora, 26, of Cartier Street in Manchester on possession of THC with intent to distribute and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, both felonies, on Sept. 22 in Nashua. Suzanne Marchant, 62, of Chestnut Street in Nashua on common nuisances and two counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine. She was accused of arranging with Juan Mejia to sell cocaine and dispensing cocaine on July 29 in Nashua, according to the indictment. Nicole Martin, 32, of Old Derry Road in Litchfield on a felony domestic violence charge. She was accused of pointing a loaded handgun at a man on Oct. 3 in Litchfield. Rodney Maulding, 35, of no fixed address in Nashua on pistols & revolvers; convicted felons and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. He was accused of stealing items from Walmart and possessing a fixed blade on June 20 in Hudson. Twice before, according to the indictment, he was convicted on theft charges. Austin MacLeod, 30, of Olive Drive in Hudson on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl on Sept. 23 in Merrimack. Paige Meara, 26, of Purity Springs Road in Burlington, Massachusetts, on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth and fentanyl charges on Sept. 22 in Nashua.
