APPLY HERE: About Casa Residential: Casa Residential is a VC-backed platform providing residential services to homeowners We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Pool Technician to take over our current pool route and help with growing demand. We are seeking individuals who are interested in growing with our company to provide quality pool maintenance to our clients. Our pool technicians are provided with all tools needed to succeed- including truck stipend, fuel, chemicals & uniforms. This is a full-time role servicing pools on a pre-existing route. You will service 80-100 pools per week. No college degree is required. Just the ability to communicate, learn quickly, and be a self-starter. Role Overview: work and drive independently to manage the route of service for residential/commercial pools Test pool water and add chemicals as necessary to treat pools Net, brush, vacuum pools, clean filters Work with pool & spa systems Logging and reporting chemical usage, equipment faults, water quality, and other problems to managers Professionally interact and provide courteous customer service to our clients to maintain client relationships Troubleshoot pool equipment issues .Qualifications and Education Requirements: CPO certification is a plus but is not required Minimum 1-year experience Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs Clean and valid drivers license/Arrest record (within last 5 years) Drug-free workplace; must pass a drug test Knowledge of chemical safe handling practices Ability to work for extended periods of time in hot/rainy/humid conditions Ability to work weekdays and weekends Strong interpersonal skills Benefits Generous PTO Policy - paid holidays & sick days Employer Health Insurance Contribution Life insurance, dental benefits, vision benefits Flexible working hours- we believe in a work/life balance Professional development benefits such as promotion from within and job training Aggressive Commission Schedule Employee Stock Options APPLY HERE:
