Seeking an Art Studio Space

I'm a visual artist based in Tunkhannock. I'm looking for space to use as an art studio within 15 miles or so of Tunkhannock (in Tunkhannock would be ideal). Looking to pay $300 or less depending on the space. Natural light and access to sink would be ideal. I would also potentially love to have workshops or events in this space, so it would be great if it was in an area with some foot traffic. It doesn't have to be a typical art studio space a garage, shed. commercial space, or unused room in a house could work. Please contact me with any leads!
