Description

GRESHAM, OR — Take a good look at the man in the picture. His name is Jaquan Jenkins. He is 26-years-old. He has the cognitive capacity of a third-grader. He has not been seen since leaving his home in the area of SE 193rd Avenue and Yamhill Street around 11 a.m. on Tuesday. Gresham Police hope that someone has seen him. Police say that he is 5'11", about 200 pounds, and has a shaved head. He was last seen wearing a hoodie, black pants, and white shoes. He does not have a cell phone. He does know how to use mass transit. They say that it's unlikely Jenkins will be able to communicate who he is, adding that he has a tendency to be violent. Officials believe that he may be in the area of 8nd Avenue or in downtown Portland by the Burnside Bridge. He may be looking for drugs. If you see him, you are asked to call police.
