Vishay Applied Thin-Film Products is seeking a full-time, entry-mid level, Photolithography Fab Operator. The Photolithography Fab Operator is responsible for processing thin-film substrates in the photolithography lab, performs data recording, substrates processing, testing or inspection, and helps the team to meet and/or exceed manufacturing goals and metrics. Responsibilities: Be able to work hands-on in a clean room environment with equipment and chemicals most of the day to perform photolithography workAssist in the development and execute photolithography processes to meet customer specifications & manufacturing process flows from customer requirementsCleaning, etching, plating and patterning substrates in both manual and semi-automated photolithographic processesWill work with various type of photo-resist and developing chemicals; plating processes; semi-automated and manual etching processes; pattern aligners; and x-ray, alpha-step, and microscope-based measurement tools to manufacture a wide a variety of thin-film productsEnsure that all safety guidelines are followed strictly at all times and maintain a clean and orderly environmentAdhere to all safety policies and regulations to ensure duties of self are performed in a safe manner, as well as other reasonable duties as assignedMay be required to perform other duties Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent. Technical school/Associate degree a plusHands on experience in Photolithography processes, with an emphasis on development and manufacturingTechnical knowledge in using equipment like microscope, caliper, masking aligner, etc.Ability to read and interpret drawings and review critical criteria and special instructionsComputer skills, data entry experience (e.g. quality data/results) and proven working knowledge of computer usageProficient in English.
