1st Crab Feed Announced For 2022 In Danville

DANVILLE, CA — The San Damiano Retreat Center, a spiritual retreat for all faiths, is the first to confirm its crab feed for the 2022 season in Danville. And tickets are on sale. Planned as a drive-thru/takeout event Feb. 10 at the center on Highland Drive, the fundraiser is $50 per person, offering 1.5 pounds of crab, pasta, salad and French bread. Orders due Feb. 5. Info & ticket links here. Last year, the popular fests were either cancelled or held as drive-thrus, due to the pandemic. This year, the extravaganzas — often all-you-can-eat! — slowly are being announced throughout the San Francisco Bay Area as dine-in, takeout or a hybrid combo of both.
