CONCORD, CA — Concord police on Wednesday asked for the public's help in finding a 73-year-old woman with dementia who went missing in the area of the downtown BART station. Priscilla Brown is a Black woman standing about 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighs about 130 pounds and has gray hair, according to police. She was last seen wearing a red and black puffy coat, pink striped shirt, black leggings, slippers, and a pink beanie with a white ball.
