Here are the top 3 stories today in Mobile: The City of Mobile has launched a campaign aimed at pick-up truck drivers, encouraging motorists to stop littering on city roads. The campaign, "Trash Blows: Stow it!" urges pick-up drivers to stow any trash in a can before hitting the road, or install a trash receptacle in their vehicle to avoid loose litter in open truck beds. According to the City, about 53 percent of roadside litter in the U.S. is generated by motorists. (NBC 15 WPMI) A pedestrian was hit by a car and seriously injured while trying to cross Knollwood Drive on Tuesday evening. The victim was leaving a Circle K Service Station on foot when she was struck by a vehicle trying to exit the parking lot heading north towards Grelot Road.
