Full Job Description ***APPLICANTS MUST HAVE THEIR SMOG LICENSE PRIOR TO APPLYING*** Zamz Automotive is looking for licensed California SMOG Technicians with their smoke license. Compensation depends on experience. A SMOG Tech must have/be able to: • Operate Independently and work well with others • Outstanding customer service • Valid state driver's license and California SMOG EO and/or EI license • Ability to problem solve • Honest, trustworthy and punctual (references and background check performed) Other Duties: • Basic computer and internet literacy • Operate a variety of hand, power, and shop tools • Keep shop equipment operating (maintain, troubleshoot, repair, etc.) • Drive manual transmission vehicles • Use computer diagnostic equipment Shop Type: • Independent This Job Is: • A job for which military experienced candidates are encouraged to apply • A job for which all ages, including older job seekers, are encouraged to apply • Open to applicants who do not have a college diploma Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Schedule: 8am to 5pm Tue-Sat Close Sunday and Monday Work Location: One location Vehicle Type: Cars and trucks Shop Type: Independent
