Whether you choose to welcome 2021 with a pajama party or black tie affair, our 2020 New Year’s Eve Celebration is an indulgence worthy of your socially distanced, masked or unmasked gathering! No hustle, no bustle, no fuss- haute cuisine created with your ease in mind and designed to be shared by two. Select two entrées: o Filet Mignon gf sauce au poivre o Salmon Coulibiac puff pastry, tarragon beurre blanc o Duck Leg Confit df gf cherry compote We will include: o Hors d’oeuvres of Gougères Savory side dishes to be shared: o Cauliflower Gratin gf v o Asparagus with preserved lemon df gf v+ o Carrots roasted in brown butter gf v o Classic Caesar Salad o Ciabatta bread df v+ with compound butter Individual Desserts: o Pair of Parisian Flan Do not delay, as availability is limited. Current pandemic mandates suggest that we not serve our grand public holiday events. Dining in our restaurants on 12/31 will be limited to registered guests of the hotel.
