I Need A Pro Bono Attorney

Pro Bono Attorney needed. I am in a chapter 13 Bankruptcy. Since day one my mortgage company has not been able to explain why my payment is not being applied correctly each month. When I call in to make my payment they say I am up to date and take my payment. However when the monthly statement arrives it shows they are only applying a portion to my monthly amount. So far the mortgage BR Attorney have contacted the court saying I am three payments behind, I am not and the mortgage company agrees. I cant afford to pay my attorney because as he says, it will cost as much as they are saying I owe for past due. If there is someone who can help I do appreciate. I will do all the leg work. I am a Navy Veteran. Thank You!
