I am a real estate investor who purchases homes, fixes them up and sells them.
I simply need an extra set of hands. The work is not hard work but it would be working
along side me installing tile, decks, interior/exterior paint, installing appliances, light
fixtures, remodeling bathrooms and kitchen, power washing etc. etc.
Mostly inside work.
It would be great if you had some experience and some of your own tools and
knowledge about renovating residential real estate.
Please do not reach out if you do not have reliable transportation, and are not
dependable. I understand sometimes things happen but if I commit to you, you
must commit to me and the work. I pay $15.00 an hour on Fridays. The work week
could be from 20 hours to 40 hours long.
If it works out, this could be a long term position as I buy house, after house and really
never stop working on them.
