Looking for help clearing snow from 3 properties in downtown Minneapolis.
Work during and immediately after snowfalls.
Properties pay a flat rate per clearing. Pay rates increase with deeper snowfalls.
Work performed beyond basic clearing or by request is paid at $45/hour.
Work is on call (when it snows). Ideally looking for 24/7 availability and willing to work on short notice.
Additional hours are usually available for clean up or sidewalk salting work if desired.
A vehicle to arrive on site and travel between properties is needed. The sites are within 3-6 blocks of each other
The average time required to clear all 3 properties is 4.5 hours. Arriving on site on time is essential.
Shovels, snowblowers, salt spreaders and salt are provided.
Additional properties are available if you want to increase pay and lengthen the route time.
Pay periods run biweekly. This is not a cash job.
A $500 bonus will be paid at the end of the season for crews that clear all snowfalls that meet 1/2" plus triggers.
Possibility for summer employment also available.
