Two properties need work.
These are both in Freeman MO 64746
(32 miles South, of 435 and Roe)
Property 1:
1. Smoke detector is beeping & won't stop.
2. Need one load of gravel rock delivered, around 4-6 tons, however much you can fit on one load.
3. Bathroom sink is leaking.
4. Blinds in the living room are not installed right & 1 broken set in the master bedroom.
5. Tile grout on bathroom floor is broken up & needs to be regrouted.
6. Some touchup paint also needed in apartment.
Property 2:
1. Leaking underneath kitchen sink.
