REMOTE VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR OUR VETERAN PROGRAM! Bridge is a patient centered hospice that is dedicated to "connecting" our patients and their families to excellent End-of-Life care. We are currently looking for volunteers wanting to assist in our veteran patient program. This is a remote opportunity working from your home. All supplies and training provided by Bridge! Opportunities can include: Generating lists of patients who are veterans each week, sending out service acknowledgement cards, sending out information on our veteran programs, getting service information where appropriate.
