Bridge is a patient centered hospice that is dedicated to "connecting" our patients and their families to excellent End-of-Life care.We are currently looking for volunteers wanting to assist in a variety of ways from the comfort of their own home! Opportunities can include: Patient pen pals, writing and sending mailings to patients, data entry or admin assistance, birthday cards and birthday phone calls, veteran cards and veteran phone calls, regular social phone calls, crafting, sewing and more!
