Bridge is a patient centered hospice that is dedicated to "connecting" our patients and their families to excellent End-of-Life care.We are currently looking for volunteers wanting to assist in our patient birthday program. This is a remote opportunity working from your home. All supplies and training provided by Bridge! Opportunities can include: Generating birthday lists of patients with birthdays each week, sending out patient birthday cards, making birthday phone calls.
