Rockstar Real Estate Transaction Coordinator at The Exit Agents Team Contract Description: We are seeking an incredibly positive and upbeat individual, that is obsessively detailed oriented with transaction coordination experience for our growing real estate and investment businesses. Real estate experience prefered but we will ultimately coach and teach you our specific systems regarding transaction coordination, outbound sales, project management, past client retention, light bookkeeping, and social media lead generation. This is a contract job with the possibility to grow into our #1 buyers agent position, with the potential for equity stake and bonuses. This is a long term contract-to-hire or team member position. Contract Requirements: Must hold an active real estate license in the state of Oregon Ability to work independently but also follow the instructions of ownership You will be working with Skyslope, Monday.com, G-Suite, KVcore, Calendly Call database as requested with given script/direction Must be organized with database management Must be able to follow checklists Strong literacy and numeracy skills to handle administrative tasks Knowledge of basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel & Google Docs, Sheets) Must be customer centric and smart phone savvy Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time as well as prioritize and manage time efficiently Ability to communicate effectively with buyers, sellers, real estate agents and repair persons both verbally and in writing as required People-oriented team player, dedicated to customer service, extremely organized and attentive to detail Must have your own vehicle and laptop computer Contract Perks: This is a 100% remote job, work anywhere in Lane County Name your schedule - Only one meeting per week Ground level opportunity to potentially become equity stake partner Free mentorship by highly successful real estate investors Join the fastest growing brokerage in America, with revenue share + stock options Please Do Not Apply For This Position If… You are not actively licensed or SOON TO BE (within 30 days)!
