Looking for an RV sized garage to rent

hello… To make a very long story very short my husband and I have been building a catering truck since Covid started. All the framing is done and we’re now just working indoors… Except it’s too cold to work outside and we don’t know anyone who has basically an RV size workshop space they would consider renting. We’re not looking to store it we have a space for that, and my husband is more than willing to come work a day and then put the vehicle back in storage. We are grandparents, parents of six children, and trying to get the next chapter of our life underway. We don’t need tools or even electricity for tools… But a roof and some heat and some light would be very nice. we have been scouring the Portland metro area for commercial rental space and there’s nothing. I am a multi ethnic chef with 35 years experience who worked as a demonstration chef prior to Covid, and now we’re just finally trying to launch our dream after all this time. So if you have a space or you know someone who might have a space we need about 2 weeks to get everything done, they won’t be consecutive because our day jobs still take up most of our lives.
