Immediately interviewing and hiring commercial/residential PAINTERS WHAT ECSW DOES: -new construction and repaints (majority of the work) -residential high-end repaints, interior and exterior -property management maintenance -cabinet resurfacing/painting (lacquer) WHAT ECSW NEEDS FROM YOU: -"hustle" maintained in everyday tasks (calculated moves=hustle=production=profit margins=reward=comfort) -integrity in your demeanor and craftsmanship, no matter what level of skill -an open mind toward learning/adapting toward new skills and project types -very occasional nights (about 1 a month, and rotated, for a revered client) -a commitment to our culture and ethics on the job; Trust that OUR success as a company, is YOUR success at home -professional appearance, cleaner whites, boots. General hygiene.
