This is not an accident...it is the model for our shared success. We are what we say we are, and do what we say we will do, and we maintain the respect of our peers because of our integrity. There is not a single employee that has come aboard that has not increased his/her position in life, and they all started by the courage in taking that first step toward personal change. We are here for the long-haul. -Brian NO PIECEWORK! ****ECSW is NOT hiring piecework as they rarely: carry the insurances necessary for the types of projects we do, proven somewhat unreliable and defiant to our established systems, remove the trained safety protocols from our control, and removes the predictable experience our clients demand. All commercial contracts ban subletting from a sub. At this time, we would rather pass on a minimal profit margin than expose us all to the risks.
