Employment incentives: Company Vehicle Company Phone Paid training Paid Sick Time Paid Vacation Medical and Dental Ins available Job Duties: - Maintain positive and professional relationship with clients - Complete daily scheduled appointments & paperwork - Education Clients on pest conditions and proper treatment options - Offer additional services (when applicable) - Comply with all safety procedures - Maintain a clean and state compliant vehicle - Maintain clean and functional service equipment Requirements: - Must be 24 years of age or older - Positive attitude - Must be able to read a label and follow instructions - Strong work ethic - Strong communication skills - Time management skills - Self-starter who is able work without direct supervision - Must have a clean MVR, clean criminal background and work in a drug free environment - Pest Control license is a plus but will train, must pass state exam within 30 days - Flexible (M-F) schedule and be able to work Saturday. ( 1-required per month) Pay: Hourly Service Commissions Sales Commissions
