Fortis / LTS, Inc. is hiring for the part-time position of janitor in the Mesa area: The Janitor will have experience in Janitorial procedures. Fortis / LTS will provide tools and equipment required for contracted services. Must be able to pass background check to access military facilities/properties. Must have reliable transportation to get to and from the Mesa facility. The following are key responsibilities associated with this position: • Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them. • Gather and empty trash. (facility and perimeter) • Service, clean, and supply restrooms. • Clean and polish furniture and fixtures. • Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees. • Mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications. The regular schedule will be M/W/F and may include some light grounds work. Specific hours are somewhat flexible. Applicant must receive favorable background and drug screen results and meet eligibility requirements for access to government computer systems and or facilities.
