We are a small company that is growing fast, we are looking for someone to be responsible for the following: 1. Cleaning daily offices 2. pick up parts or supplies when needed 3. Assist HR EHS Manager with safety tasks Please read below for more information about the position: The primary function of an employee in this position is to perform routine custodial and cleaning tasks in assigned areas of OERC buildings. The principal and more important is the Covid-19 cleaning and disinfecting. General Responsibilities and Skills for the Position: • Responsible for Cleaning office areas, dust desks, sweep and mop • Ensures that Covid-19 cleaning prevention is done and on schedule • Able to follow directions and maintain logs and records • Responsible for keeping property clean • Completes all other duties as assigned • Knowledge of procedures related to mixing of chemicals as well as material used in custodial work • Skills on operation of commercial janitorial equipment (i.e., vacuum cleaner, wet/dry vacuum, floor machines, mop, and mop wringer). • Maintaining logs and records. • Responsible for maintaining inventory of all cleaning supplies and equipment as well as the ordering of cleaning supplies and equipment as needed with Human Resources Manager’s approval. Work Environment: • Frequently indoors and constantly outdoors • Frequently exposed to temperatures of 90 degrees or higher • Constant exposure to chemical, fumes, smoke, and dust • Possible encounters of high noise level Physical Environment: • Sitting, standing, walking • Driving a vehicle and / or Golf cart • Speaking, hearing, seeing, reading • Distinguishing colors • Bending/kneeling, reaching, twisting, climbing General Requirements for Employment • Pass a pre-employment drug test • Must possess or have the ability to obtain by the time of hire, a valid Arizona driver's license • Have reliable transportation • Able to work Monday thru Friday from 07:00 am to 3:30 pm, and Overtime when required • Ability to walk, stand for long periods of time • Ability to performer the task maintaining all health, safety and environmental rules and ensure all work is done in a manner which enhance the safety of the work environment • Able to communicate effectively with all site personnel Covid-19 PPE - Wears Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) (Masks, Gloves). Safety PPE - required includes steel toed shoes, hard hat, safety eye protection - glasses/goggles. Pay Rate: DOE This is a Full-time position with benefits. Great company and opportunities to grow.
