Mills Roofing offers winter roof services such as roof snow removal and emergency services in the Reno/Tahoe area. Job Responsibilities and requirements: - Must be able to work in extreme weather (cold/snow) -Must have a strong sense of safety -Must be willing to work on high roofs -May need to lift up to 75lbs -Must be able to climb ladders -Valid NV driver's license (preferred) -No Experience Necessary -Must have reliable transportation to our office in Sparks -Transportation is provided from Sparks to the jobsite -Hours can vary but typically range from 6am-4:30pm -May be asked to work weekends depending on the weather Benefits: -Medical insurance -Optional Vision and Dental -Paid Sick Leave -IRA Although we are currently hiring for help with our winter services, there is the potential for continued employment through the summer!
