Looking for special needs caregiver

I have 11-year-old autistic twin boys. 5th grade. They have in-home ABA therapy as well as feeding therapy, OT and speech once a week. In general, I am looking for someone to be back up and/or date night help for days my 2 regular nannies may need off and help through the summer with camps, vacations, etc. If you are able to transport that is a big help. I can give you a more detailed schedule, if interested. Meals, bathing, dressing and medications would be required for them. You will be paid through a program/company Consumer Direct. There is a fair amount of paperwork for this including a background check. Current pay rate is $11.81. There is a high possibility that part-time will turn into full-time later this coming year as 1 nanny is graduating with her Masters and will likely be moving on to bigger and better things. Non-smoker preferred and must like pets.
