Looking to hire an experienced contractor for a Los Angles County approved expansion to an existing family room. A permit was recently granted to owner to to expand an existing family room an additional 250 sf. I'm pursuing bids from highly qualified licensed contractors who have experience working with the County of Los Angeles. The job consist of demolition, concrete foundation, framing, roofing, minor electrical and drywall. I'm initially pursuing bids based on cost per square foot.
