Housecleaner needed

I am looking for a housecleaner to come every three weeks to clean a two bedroom condo with two bathrooms located in West Hollywood near Beverly Hills. Must be available on either Saturday or Sunday for 5-6 hours of work from 10:00am to 4:00pm. Will pay $25.00 per hour for cleaning of two bathrooms (one rarely used), mopping of floors, dusting, cleaning kitchen, laundry, folding, making up the bed and general organizing. Owner on site. Looking for a worker who speaks some English.
